Problematic planters at Devonian Gardens hamper park's reopening
 

The popular downtown Devonian Gardens remain shuttered. The indoor park was closed in July 2016 for crews to repair faulty planter beds. But the problem persists, and now the city says the gardens may not reopen until July 2017.
