Telus texting prices (I'm confused)
 

I see on Telus' website that if I am in my home city and text someone elsewhere in Canada, I will be charged 25 cents for that text ( ? ). If I am in the U.S. and text someone in Canada or the U.S., I will be charged 60 cents. What is the cost if I am roaming in Canada and send a text to...
