Super slow LTE while on band 7
 

My iPad and phone are always switching between a really weak band 7 and a stronger band 17 LTE signal. The band 7 is so slow sometimes I have to refresh web pages for them to load properly. Is anyone else having the same difficulty? I am in Winnipeg. Thanks in advance
