Bell When can one pre-order BlackBerry 10 from Bell
 

Rogers started taking pre-orders/reservations for the new BlackBerry 10 phones couple of days ago. I am wondering when Bell will start taking the pre-orders/reservations on the new BlackBerry 10 phones. I am also wondering if you can purchase them outright when this starts. Thanks.
