Too Long Wait For Internet Fix And Installation Of Optik
I am very frustrated. My internet showed a sharp decline in internet speed the first week of October. I have spent a lot of time talking to Telus customer service, technicians and managers, without having the problem fixed. Five months is a ridiculous amount of time to have an unresolved problem!
