Galaxy note 2 over heating
 

Now I know that when you use the phone very heavily it heats up..but lately my phone is hot to the touch on the screen when doing minor tasks such as browsing. Wondering if this is normal or if there is an issue with the phone...got the phone last week...I have the screen set to 20 percent...
