Tunnels, bridges, interchanges: committee gives thumbs up to Crowchild Trail plan
 

It's a plan that could ultimately cost more than $1 billion and could take decades to complete. City council's transportation and transit committee gave the blueprint for revamping Crowchild Trail its unanimous seal of approval on Wednesday.
