Telus LTE tower please ID!
 

Can someone please tell me if these are LTE antennas? I think the answer is yes, but just would like to confirm. PS this is a Telus site in Winnipeg where we do not have LTE yet. Sorry for the blurry pictures, took them with my cell phone camera.
