Sierra Wireless 330U aircard stuck on HSPA
 

I have a 330U Rogers aircard... seems to be stuck on HSPA (blue LED)... It does work on LTE when it feels like it but there are longer stretches that it seems to want to stay in HSPA mode. Is there anyway to force the card to go LTE?! This is Toronto we're talking about! A blanket of LTE! Like...
