2 Beltline avenues become one-ways as city revamps 17th Avenue
 

A couple of narrow residential roads in the Beltline are being converted to one-way streets. The city is making the change 14th and 15th Avenues to help deal with the congestion from the on-going reconstruction project on 17th Avenue southwest.
