can i continually get the new customer discount for a lower price of first 12 months?
 

this is the first month I use TELUS internet, I found that usage is not enough so I want to change into another plan. However, I don't know whether I can get the discount for the new plan. if no, I will not change it. By the way, I have called the customer care for almost 1 hour but there was still no response...this is what high-quality service we can get???
