Need fix...NEXUS 4 trouble getting Bell signal - Bell says N4 NOT BELL COMPATIBLEl
 

We have a couple NExus 4 phones and after over 10 hours of tech support, google and trouble shooting I am stuck. 25% of the time when I start my phone, I DO NOT GET SERVICE ... just message EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY or NO SERVICE. I need to restart my NExus 4 until it gets a signal. Anyone else...
