Question about dual SIM phones on Bell/Telus
 

So I know that in order to work on Bell/Telus network the phone needs to support 850/1900 HSPA+ or whatever. If I have a phone that only supports 3G on one SIM and 2G on the other if I had two Bell (or Telus or one of each, whatever) SIMs would only the first SIM connect as Bell/Telus only have...
