Unable to receive calls from Bell landline and VoIP phones
 

A strange issue started happening on my dad's phone a couple days ago... When someone is calling from a Bell landline or VoIP phone to his TELUS Mobility number, they get a recording that states "The number you are calling cannot receive incoming calls. This is a recording." Then a busy tone....
