'You honk we drink': 22 people arrested during Dalhousie homecoming parties
 

Parties were held off-campus on Halifax's Jennings, Larch, Chestnut and Preston streets. Halifax Regional Police said 22 people were arrested for public intoxication and disturbing the peace.
