Ballot shortages, long queues and slow Calgary election results spark criticism
 

The City of Calgary is being criticized for how it handled Monday’s election, after very long queues, too few ballots and the online results page crashed. The city’s chief returning officer, Laura Kennedy, will speak to the media at 11:30 a.m. CBC News will have live coverage here and on Facebook.
