Trouble connecting
 
In the past week, I often get this message when I'm trying to connect to Telus Webmail. And at the bottom of the screen, I see "Downloading Proxy script" I also got this when I tried connecting here just now.

If I click "Reload" and then click on the address bar, eventually it will go where it's supposed to. Sometimes, it even goes there right away after the message appears.

The thing is, I haven't done anything to change anything. And have no idea what this message means. Can anyone explain what's happened and how do I fix it. ( in layman;s language, please ! ).

A network change was detected.
ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED
