Why am I not able to sign into Sportsnet Now anymore? (not a valid email/password).
 

Hi,

I have optik tv with telus and I have the sportsnet channels as well. In the last few weeks, Sportsnet Now has stopped letting me sign into it. It says not a valid email/password. It was working fine just a few weeks ago. It's the same email/password that i use for my telus account and I've tried signing into my optik on the go account on my phone and it works fine. Does anyone know why it has stopped working? (I contacted sportsnet now and they said I had to contact telus about it)

Any advice is appreciated.
