Get thru to reps on phone faster
 

Does anyone have any tricks for getting thru to the reps on the phone faster? Maybe there's a prompt to select? Everytime I call in it's minimum 30 minute wait. I've tried various times throughout the day - even THE MOMENT they open and yet I still somehow get put on a 30 minute hold! I don't...
