Hey guys, so i have signed up for tv/internet bundle and i have had the option for either the 49" lg 4k tv, or the 55" version for 100$ more. I chose the 100$ extra option...ordered the bigger 55" tv. My service was installed on the 9th, and now it is the 12th and i have received my first bill today but it is only for my services (there is no extra 100$ charge like i was hoping to see (so i get the tv) can someone explain to me what has happened? I received a text message earlier that said something like TELUS msg: we've recieved your order something something something etc ...
