Assigning "names" ("hostnames") to connected devices?
 

On my network, many connected devices show as a meaningless names such as "android#########", or the likes of that. Is there a way to assign more meaningful nicknames so that when I go to the homepage of 192.168.1.254, I can see names such as "Bill's Android", "Andrew's Huawei", and "Jack's Pixel"? I've looked around all the router settings but have yet to find what I'm looking for.
