UPS for fibre optic system battery replace?
 

Just wondering if Telus owns the equipment and I lease it or I own it?

The battery in my UPS is 5 years old and finally have put. The UPS beeps.

The battery is your typical 12V 8Ah gel battery easily available and replaceable.

Am I messing with Telus equipment if I just go in there and replace it myself?

Customer service waits are over an hour. Don’t have that kind of time for a simple issue.
