Telus 4K TV box midel VIP5662W
 

I used this box about a year , there is no any issue (connect optical output to my digital coverter for analog audio signal ).
However, I found I can NOT get sound from digital coverter for amp from Jan. 25 2018 . Ther is only distortion sound what I got.
Is there any updated from software of TV box to cause this issue ?
I still can see red light from optical connector of TV box.
I hope someone can help me ???
