lost 5g
 

Hello all,

Just a quick question....

I've been having slow speed on internet for a few days. I selected factory reset for the modem and now
my speeds are down to 10 MBPS and I have lost my 5G network. I can only see the 2.4 GHZ network now.

I'm holding on Telus so I just looking for a quick comment.
