What kind of Latency and Latency Jitter on Pure Fiber 250/250 I can expect
 

I'm looking to switch to Telus Pure Fiber 250/250
My current latency is about 23 ms but jitter can be pretty high up to 5ms and higher, also I can have ping loss to 8.8.8.8 during peak evening hours.
What are kind of latency I can expect on 250/250? What about jitter?
Will I see better latency on 950/250? lower jitter?
