Netflix Error 500
 

This has been going on for several months and we've attempted to fix it by going in-depth with countless tech support people multiple times. We've had our optic boxes replaced, and nothing works. Every time we launch up Netflix both through the channel and the app on our optic tv box it gives us error code 500. We've restarted the internet, unplugged and plugged It, and factory reset It, but nothing works.
