Picture ID when texting
 

I apologize in advance, but I JUST got a smartphone, and have kept up on HoFo as I might have liked. Out of the loop. I have one of my contacts, when she calls or texts me, a picture of her shows up on my phone. Is this an app or a Telus network feature?
