My recording was deleted somehow
 

I recorded the first episode of True and the Rainbow Kingdom on Saturday but on Monday midnight I saw that my recording got deleted and me nor my family didn't delete it! I know you can't get the recording back, but what caused the recording to get deleted without touching it?
