TV Samsung 4K UHD 55" not getting Stingray info pages (only)
 

A brand new Smart TV, 6500 series 4K 55" Samsung: Works fine except the Stingray pages are back.
Only the Stingray Pages, all others including menus and guide work fine.
Weird, I know.
Stingray Guide works fine, just goes black when you select one.
No answers from Samsung they seem confused. I thought I had a setup problem but can't find anything relevant and the smart TV just makes me dumb, you need a doctorate to sort all the menu options and option interactions.
I sent the TV back and got a new one and ---Guess What---Same thing. Any ideas?
BTW my old LG TV received all the Stingray pages no problem.
