4k box freezes when I go to PVR and hit 'play' - have to reboot to watch PVR recordings
 

I recently noticed that when i go to watch my recorded show in the evening the 4k pvr freezes when i click on the play button. If i leave it, the box will unfreeze after about 20-30 seconds and i can continue watching live tv just fine, but if i try to watch any recordings the same freeze up happens.
If I reboot the box and try again pvr playback is normal. What's going on here? I dont want to reboot every time i want to watch a recording.
