HELP: Home internet not working
 

Since yesterday morning my internet has not been working, I am able to connect to it but then it opens a telus webpage as if it was a public network asking for a login, and the page that opens is an error. the url it opens is registerdevice.telus.com/activation
heres the error

The web page at http://connectivitycheck.gstatic.com/generate_204 could not be loaded because:

net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

This is the case for all devices, which includes 3 phones and a computer.
it was working as late as 2am the night before as i was speaking to friends on discord.
My router model is the t1200h, all lights are on except wan. ive tried rebooting.
I'm not sure if this is relevant to the problem but LCP and IPCP state are both down. https://my.mixtape.moe/bjpydp.png
