Suddenly my speakers make a high pitched sound when fast forwarding or skipping PVR Optik TV
 

We've had Telus Optik TV for less than 2 weeks and this just started. When skipping or fast forwarding or rewinding a show, our speakers make a really high pitched annoying sound. Anyone know what is going on?? All connections are tight and the same as before this started.
