Essential channels, Netflix and recorded shows no longer accessible.
 

Has anyone ever lost all the essential channels,Netflix and all their recorded shows. It still shows all the pvr recordings but when I play then the screen stays black as it plays through it. I have already called in and waited in line for an hour and a half, just to be told that they will look into it and call me back. TIA
