Outage with no update - Victoria Cadboro Bay/Ten Mile Point/Arbutus area.
 
I have an outage on my Optik TV and Internet.
I waiting 90 minutes for a call back only to be advised that I would "hopefully" be back today, and thanking me for my patience.

Can I please receive an update ongoing on the status of this outage?
