4k tv problems
 

so my parents just a 4K TV. i plugged the new TV in and our 4K Wireless digital box just wont hold up(keeps dropping signal and freeze framing).
switch it back to 1080p picture mode and it works fine. tried hard wire from the router ; no good.
reset the box a bunch of time ... noting.
