Pik TV App(s) ONLY - None Work

- I was told it takes 24 hrs to activate, its been that and it shows in my account too
I go via browser - www.telus.com/watchpik and shows »reachclient.proda.tls.tv ··· onsusers but page says
This site can’t be reached oauth.tv.telus.net took too long to respond.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
- Tried to Chrome, Firefox and IE
- ( None have any 3rd party ad blocking, Adobe issues )
I download app on my IOS and Google - both show Grey Screen
I switch to LTE ( Bell ) on my IOS - it shows up, I sign in and says " An Error has occurred, please try later" - all the time
