Customer's 5-month battle with Bell is 1 of almost 10,000 telco complaints in latest report
 

Matthew Tomlinson spent five months trying to get Bell to give him a TV package at the price he was promised. He’s one of almost 10,000 people who filed a complaint included in a report released today by the telecom mediator, the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services.
