iPhone 6 using data with data off?
 

I only use data on WiFi so I have cellular data turned off. Yet, I’ve noticed a small amount of data IS being used. My new carrier, Xfinity, gives me the 1st 100 MB free, however after that it’s $12/GB. Why is it showing use?
