Remote Desktop Client support?
 

hey guys I just switched over from shaw to telus and I looked in the forum for remote desktop support and see a thread thats over a year old so hence make a new one. Did telus block port 3389 or something? When I tried to setup the rd it just say unable to connect. Setting is same as I had it with the shaw gateway with 3389 forwarded but with the new telus ip. I used command prompt telnet to ping the port and it seems like 3389 is still not opened regardless of opening it. Anyone have any idea? I asked telus support they told me I have to figure it out myself coz they dont support
