Newly built home, Quick connect, new 1Gb plan, only getting less than half the speed
 

Hi
Just moved into new home(Quick connect installed in the panel) last week and signed up for 1Gbps plan /w optik tv.
But I'm only getting about 400Mbps download according to SpeedTest. Wired and TV is off.
wifi speedtest is close, but in high 300Mbps
my account clearly states Gigabit Internet so I didn't sign up wrong speed.

any idea?
