'He was my only supporter': Mother testifies at inquest into Nunavut RCMP shooting
 

Charles Qirngnirq was a hunter and a mechanic for his mother, Leona Qirngnirq, before he was shot by police in 2016. Lawyers at the inquest underway in Gjoa Haven, Nunavut, intend to argue it was a homicide.
