German Woman Convicted of a Crime Against Humanity in Death of Yazidi Child
 

The woman was sentenced to 10 years in prison after a court found that she joined the Islamic State and enslaved a Yazidi mother and child, whom she left to die in the summer heat of Iraq in 2015.
