MMIWG ribbons restored at Calgary's Field of Crosses after being thrown out
 

Hundreds of red ribbons carrying the names of missing and murdered Indigenous people were taken down from a site now occupied by the Field of Crosses and thrown in the garbage. Family and friends held a ceremony after putting them back up over the weekend.
