Program giving out free cannabis to help opioid users in London, Ont., met with skepticism
 

The Cannabis Substitution Program, a volunteer-run organization that donates free cannabis and cannabis edibles with the aim of helping get drug users off opioids, is now in London, Ont., with similar initiatives in other Canadian cities. But a researcher says evidence supporting the program's claims is scarce.
