School head didn't alert police to sex assault: affidavit
 

The headmaster of an Ottawa private school didn't alert police to the sexual assault of a 16-year-old in 2007, according to a sworn affidavit from the victim's father, who also alleged the headmaster received legal advice more than 24 hours after the incident.
