Hello everyone. I want to tell you that I had a problem with my Keurig coffee machine frother not heating up. I did my part, re-reading keurig reviews to try and fix it, but couldn't. Then I called Keurig customer support and spoke to Johnny. She was the most helpful, knowledgeable and kind customer service professional I have ever spoken to in my life! She, as usual, asked me a few questions about the Keurig car. She made a decision regarding my situation that satisfied both her and me. She made that phone call amazing and stress free!
