Two months after Lisa Martin's ex-husband — a former police officer — was arrested and charged*with stalking, possession of a knife, death threats and criminal harassment, a Lethbridge judge gave David Martin 50/50 custody of their kids even though an emergency protection order was in place and he was facing domestic violence charges.
