Michael Pirovolakis is the only child in Canada diagnosed with Spastic paraplegia 50 (SPG50). This past March doctors at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto began a one-dose therapy in part of a groundbreaking clinical trial where Michael is the only participant.*
