Residents, workers say bugs and infections rampant at London, Ont., care facility
 

Residents of a privately run*residential care facility in London, Ont., tell CBC News the home is overrun with bed bugs and cockroaches, and they want the owners to provide better cleaning and more care. The facility's chief operating officer says, "We inherited a lot of these problems," and they're in the process of trying to "rectify" them.
