Kitchener man concerned city didn't fully consider voters with disabilities in municipal election
 

Roch Longueépée of Kitchener, Ont., says he doesn't think the city planned well enough to accommodate voters with disabilities or people who are homebound and want to cast a ballot in Monday's municipal election. The city says there are options to help everyone vote.
